How we produce financial litigation reports to get the claimant the settlement they are entitled to:

1. Meet with the party commissioning the reports to understand the underlying principles they want us to adhere to when producing their reports. The instructing party will receive guidance to help them make decisions on important methodological questions.

2. Each case is vetted against a certain criterion. The instructing party provides the criteria, which vary depending on the type of claim. All cases that satisfy the criteria move on to the next stage, but cases that do not satisfy the criteria are rejected.

3. All accepted cases have the relevant data entered into a customised template. Custom templates are developed specifically for the claim type that the case is being processed for.

4. The customised calculator is then used to import the data from the template. Every case type has a unique calculator, and every solicitor has a different preference for how the calculator should be used. These preferences are noted during the meeting and configured into the calculator. The configuration is then used when producing reports.

5. The calculator produces a claim value that the claimant is entitled to according to the instructions followed.

6. Reports are automatically populated at the click of a button.

7. Once all the reports for a batch have been written, they are supplied to the instructing party along with the batch report.
