1) Data Validator.

Each Law firm is provided a data validation workbook. The data validator is a smart workbook which filters through the law firms data to ensure it meets criteria for the de-duplication. Any, internal duplicates, missing data or data in an incorrect format is highlighted by the validator. This helps the law firms provide the agreed data for the de-duplication stage.

2) De-duplication.

Once the data is provided, the data for each case is assessed against the criteria. Duplicate cases are highlighted in a report which is sent back to the law firms.

3) Emailing

Each duplicate client is emailed using Forenzix emailing system. Each client is sent a link to a custom WordPress form where they select which law firm they would like to continue the litigation of their case.

4) Results

Each response to the WordPress form are collected into a report. This report is then distributed to the law firms with instructions to whether the duplicate client can be retained or must be closed.
